How is a licensed user to know of a new release?

I appreciate the new version of SF. It fixed all of the issues I sent in.

But how is a licensed user notified when a point release is built? I check
your web site but I don't see it there and I haven't received an email
telling me to go get the new release.

If I hadn't wrote in with an issue I wouldn't have known there was a new
release available.
