D-M-Y not D/M/Y

I have noticed that the word for converting from day month and year to a
modified Julian date is called D-M-Y, but the documentation calls this
word D/M/Y. This is for version 2.0. Thought this might save anyone else
wondering why D/M/Y is not found in the dictionary.

Cheers, Tony
