While learning the win32 API, I ported the first seven or so chapters of
Petzold's book into Win32Forth. I would gladly give that to anybody that
is interested in porting it to swift Forth. I even went so far as to
contact Charles Petzold and make sure he was OK with it, so we have his
permission to make these ports part of the forth windows example base.
