Please indulge someone who is not yet familiar with Intel family
processor internals.

Has anyone found SwiftForth code to behave nicely when called
from a machine level interrupt? Is this recommended practice on
the Intel architecture? It was ok on the 68000 family from which
I am migrating, that's why I ask.
