My turnkey apps made from my Swiftforth 2.00.2 26 Oct 1999 always crash
with an illegal instruction exception. To test my forth, I also tried
this, with the same crash:

(1) load pristine swiftforth system.
(2) enter this word:

: test noop ;

(3) Then make the turnkey app:

' test 'main ! program foo.exe

(4) Run foo.exe
(5) recover from crash.
(6) email sftalk describing problem.

Am I missing something?
