Thanks, Rick, you're a gem. I think I'll work around the problem
instead.
As for typos in the book, it looks like UBETWEEN isn't in swiftforth
either. UBETWEEN is listed on page 93 among the convenient extensions
words. No biggie, though. WITHIN is still there.
