I added these lines to the Noble's tool, Formula TRANslator rel. 111,

\ conditional definition of common non-STANDARD words
...
CR .( Are you using SwiftForth? )
KEY DUP CHAR Y = SWAP CHAR y = OR [IF]
      REQUIRES FPMATH
      : .NAME >name count type space ; [THEN]
...

Now ftran runs in SwiftForth environment.
