Far away in Germany, I a trying SwithForth and its Windows programming. I have loved FORTH for many years, but no I am forced to go into the depth of Windows. What I want to have is a good book about this topic. It should be tutorial, not just a reference manual. Possibly it will be difficult to order such a book in my local book store. So, if you can give me in addition the email address of the editor, this would be very helpful.
Such a book need not be Forth-oriented. It might be also C++ oriented in its examples. But it should be more than the API help file. It should be educational. Does anybody know this kind of book?
