In the file SwiftForth\Doc\README.TXT, item 3 states:
3. Object compilation grew more complicated. Any reference to a
windows api call while defining an object must be preceeded by
a double-colon escape operator. For instance,
CLASS FOO
: TEST ( -- ) 0 Z" Test" Z" Box" MB_OK :: MessageBox DROP ;
END-CLASS
This is why your code doesn't work.
