Added ToolTips to FAQ

Hello all. I have added ToolTip support tools to the FAQ. Included are
examples: A window which has a tooltip, a window which has 2 rectangular
tooltip regions and a dialog (using SWOOP) which has tooltips on both
buttons and an edit control.
