The SwiftForth Reference Manual is included as a pdf file with
SwiftForth. It contains a lot of information on the Windows features in
SwiftForth. You should also get the Win32API help system (there's a link
for downloading it on the SwiftForth Help menu) and at least one general
book on Windows programming (there's a list of references in the
Bibliography in the Reference Manual). Writing Windows programming is a
very complex business, because there are ~3,500 possible Windows calls, and
the real challenge is finding the ones you need.
