IMHO, [+SWITCH is one of Rick Van Norman's greatest contributions to
Forth as it allows you to group your code logically: callback messages
can be put in with the code that processes them instead of in an
unrelated CASE statement in an unrelated file.

Same with the ability to REOPEN classes.
