Damir,

There is no "simple" way, nor one single correct way.
The easiest is to create a window that is a subclassed
edit control and insert the text. Or you can write your
own text handler to display the text and manage the
scroll bars etc. Such a utility is beyond what a beginning
windows programmer should tackle until s/he is a little
bit more educated about the windows api.

If you would be a bit more specific, especially about what
you hope to achieve by displaying a text file in a window,
perhaps one of the other "old-timers" on the group can
help...
