Please disregard the problem I reported in getting escape to work the same
as "cancel" on a dialog box.
It was a "pilot error" problem: I had an extra DROP in the processing of
the WM_INITDIALOG message. This dropped the result code, causing the
reported behaviour. Normally, escape will have the same result as selecting
"cancel." Note that this problem did not appear when testing the code
interactively, but it does show up when the same code is turnkeyed (don't
know why).
