Windows Behavior

I just opened SF and there was no screen except when I Maximized it via Right Clicking it in the Tray. Now, I know that this is a
Windows Behavior and not a bug. But I do not know how to reset the SF Window Screen so that it runs and pops onto the Desktop
correctly. I am sure this could happen to anyone. Does anyone know how to give it a command to switch it?
