Turnkey

I have a core.f file that is merely some core code that is not yet connected with a Window Screen, etc...
I would like to just turnkey it so that I can give it to a few people to play with it for logic testing. Can I just
turnkey it so it can be run from DOS? Or, is that a whole other process?
