Can he check the CPU type from the Polyforth commandline?
This Win32forth page has a CPU.F in their toolset. I had not
seen code at SF for checking a CPU, but if his OS is not
reporting the CPU correctly that would not be a good sign.
How would the Polyforth be working around that error? Is the
Swiftforth dependant of Win API that Polyforth is not?
