No. My starting points are SF ref. manual 8.1.x.x, Charles Melice's
GLMINI.f and some C code from an OpenGL web page. I'm using BeginPaint &
EndPaint inside the message handler (WM_PAINT section of the [SWITCH ...
SWITCH]).
