     To all:

When a message is sent to you specifically, assume it is for you and not the
list. Passing along messages of this sort is poor netiquette. If you feel
the need to pass something like this along, it is always appropriate to ask
permission first.

In particular, when it says "(not for sftalk nor topica)" it should never be
quoted in those forums.
