cardfile application released

Hello,

The cardfile application 1.50 is available at
http://www.forth.com/cgi-bin/swiftforth?auth=ck81ecb89e617f&file=166

* fixed error on filtering new empty cards.

* Added 'send-dde-filter' : send receive filtering commands.
  This enable to use the cardfile like a simple help system.

* Modified read-only edit index background color.
