I don't think FORTH as the computer language.
It is the concept of building a program.

Brad Eckert has had some involvement with Forth. I wonder if he actually
read the article which bears his name as co-author. I feel there are enough
misstatements to indicate a certain lack of familiarity with the language on
the part of whoever DID write it.
