Enhancements to magnify.f

I have been working on some enhancements to magnify.f for some
visually impaired friends.

I would like input on possible desirable features for an enhanced
version.

Concerns that I have already addressed or are included on my "to do"
list include:
1. User selectable magnification ratio
2. Elimination of "garbage" when cursor approaches edge of physical
screen.
3. Changing size/aspect_ratio of magnified image without distorting
image. Not yet solved but I think I can do it.

With thanks to Mike Ghan, I have an option of text labeled toolbar
buttons as adjustment means.

An enhancement under development of unknown value is
"Move cursor with arrow keys and then simulate a "mouse-click" with a
"key press" ".

This might be considered more a "spec in progress" than a "work in
progress" if you catch my drift.
