[ OT ? ] WEB capable FORTH SBC

A former employer has requested assistance in solving a problem.

A major portion of the problem would be solved by a SBC which would:
a. Serve up a simple page
&/or
b. send a VERY simple email listing 8 yes/no status messages and
8-16 integer data values

I know ( but can not disclose ) other aspects that would make FORTH
the language / OS of choice.
