Re: sf doesn't work anymore

This is known to happen when SwiftForth is closed while minimized (perhaps when
you do a shutdown). Another fix is:

1) Right-click on SwiftForth in the taskbar and Maximize it
2) Close SwiftForth
3) Launch it again, opens "Restored" in full-size window
4) Reposition and resize as you wish
