DefScreenSaverProc followup

Lcc-win32 (free C development system) has scrnsave.lib. I hope to construct
a dll from which I can import DefScreenSaveProc (which is listed in
scrnsave.h).

As I said in an earlier message, I've had lockups with all screensavers
lately, including a blanker built from nothing but SFs screensaver.f -
fewer problems since I ran a thorough surface scan on my hard drive.
