Charles Moore (the inventor of Forth) would likely be using ColorForth.
His website may be seen at http://www.colorforth.com/
He lives in Sierra City, CA.
An experimental (perhaps buggy) version of ColorForth which sits on top
of Windows is available to play with at
http://www.homepages.paradise.net.nz/rscollins/c4/
For actual work, Charles Moore says it best on his website: (I didn't
bother to reproduce the link from the website)
"Elizabeth Rather at Forth, Inc provides commercial-grade Forth systems
and applications. "
If only all the other software vendors in the world produced software
which rated the phrase "commercial-grade" with such Heinleinesque
understatement.

I would have thought Charles Moore to use screens and not files.
