A console app, properly defined, cannot have a toolbar. It looks like
the
traditional "dos box", and is not graphically oriented. It does not have
a message loop, cannot respond to any but the most primitive of events.
Is what you mean an application which uses the SwiftForth console
window,
and in that window you don't want a toolbar?
