Menu Font

Hello SF Group,
I am using a 8-inch LCD screen on an instrument panel running my SF
application. Eye strain to see the small text is objectionable.

I have increased the font size of text in Windows but have not figured out
how to change the font size for Menus.
Does anyone have a solution to set text size for the application menu size?
