GetFile Added To Wiki

I just posted a utility to read a file to memory (GetFile) to the Wiki. =
This was mostly an exercise in Wiki editing, but is code I often use. =
The original version was provided by RVN for one of my projects. The =
wiki path is WindowsProgramming/ToolsAndUtilities/GetFile.
