I tried to check it out, but the result was puzzling: when the source =
was included, the phrase "HEX @MAC .MAC" left "1F 0" on the stack (.MAC =
seemingly the culprit). When the same phrase was subsequently executed =
on the command line, there were no items left on the stack. The first =
version was ok when loaded and when subsequently executed. It would be =
interesting to know if anyone else has the same problem and, if so, the =
cause. I can't figure it out. BUT, thanks for the code -- the IP and =
MAC examples are very useful, especially as examples showing a Netbios =
function call.

I have tested it on Windows 2000 (5.0 2195, SP3) without problems.
Could you check which word doesn't obey its stack diagram?
