I'm quoting file "WinAPI_Reference.txt" from SwiftForth\doc:

This file is still available at that location.
I have also the documentation from the Microsoft SDK (updated to 2003),
but I use it seldom and, at a weight of 470 MB, I'm not even sure
whether it is worth its disk space.
