High Numbered Com Ports

From: Bob Nash <BNash_at_smud.org>

The recent comments about using "\\.\" reminds me that I had trouble =
opening com ports with numbers higher than 1 or 2 (e.g., com12) that =
were mapped with a multi-port serial driver. =20

Rick found that these had to be preceded by "\\.\" before they would =
open without error (e.g., \\.\COM12). Com1 and com2 seem to open ok =
without this prefix.
