TI considers this proprietary, though I'm not sure why. We have a copy of
the DLL and information that enabled us to support the MSP430 in SwiftX
using the JTAG for communications with the host.

We were given this info by a contact at TI based on our being a qualified
3rd party software supplier. We did sign an NDA, but I think there was a
little more to it than that. Unfortunately, our contact is now in another
division, and probably wouldn't be able to help you. I suggest you talk to
their 3rd party software folks, or anyone in support that seems
knowledgable.
