Re: Append-File

Nothing is accessing the log file (to my knowledge). I added 100 ms =
delay
with automatic retry. The program tries again with success. My exception
count has now dropped to zero. Could it be the operating system in the
background is accessing the log file?

Is somebody else accessing the file when this happens?
IIRC, SwiftForth requests exclusive rights for file access.
