Great news! What about the Serial port routines? Rick had mentioned some time ago that there were a number of serial port routines out there with none of them entirely satisfactory (I assume in his opinion). The ones he developed for me many moons ago work fine (including com ports higher than 4). But, it would be nice to have his latest and greatest, hopefully up to his high standards.

There is a new version that's been beta-sited to a few folks. It will be
released as soon as I finish tidying up the manual. No major changes, just
a host of minor bug fixes & improvements, plus some fairly major work on the
manual.
