Rick, to answer your question:
We have a client/server software , where we deal with upload and download of
encrypted files. For example, if a client wants to upload a file, we created
a task to read ahead a chunk of data from file and encrypt it while parent
TASK deals with packet handshake. We are creating a child task to minimize
upload time.
Using window native thread is not an issue, (in fact it might be a fast
change) except we have no idea how we can do in forth and what additional
forth files we need. If you could point us to the use of native Windows
threads from Forth, and what documentation we should turn to so we know how
to talk to the native thread, that might be the way to go.
