Mouse wheel in SF 3.01 console

Dear SFTalk,

I have recently upgraded to SF 3.01 and I think the response of the SF
console to mouse wheel events is backward (I don't remember seeing
this in 2.2.2.9). If I scroll down with the mouse wheel the text in
the console window moves down, if I scroll up the text moves up. This
is the opposite of every other windows application I have come across
(where scrolling down means that you see text later in the document).
Not a major problem, but a bit disorienting.
