When programming in C you can add resources like bitmaps, icons, cursors
etc via a resource file.
These objects are linked in, and embedded in the EXE file so that they
become available to the
application.
In SwiftForth I know how to do this from separate files at run time, but I
would like to have my
application contained in one single file.
Is it possible (and how?) to add these kinds of resources to a SwiftForth
EXE?
