If microsoft says it is unsupported, why do you think
it should work? The API says that Arc is supported, and
it works, says ArcTo is not supported and doesn't.
Seems to be correct to me...
The fact that the function name exists in GDI32.DLL does
not mean that the function has any code associated with it.
