We're making another pass through the SwiftForth RM making corrections and
cleanups based on input received from many of you over the past few weeks.

We are aware of the following and believe we have fixed them:

1) References to many SwiftForth source files were based on an obsolete
directory structure.

2) Many references to sections in Forth Programmer's Handbook were wrong.

3) Several discussions of memory and disk space used "Mb" and "Gb" where
they should have been "MB" and "GB", respectively. Yes, we do know the
difference between bits and bytes. Sorry for any confusion this may have
caused.

4) Blurry images and screen shots have been replaced with clean ones.

We'd like to put this one to bed so we can include it in the next
maintanance release. A preliminary copy is available for review on our FTP
