Re: SwiftForth Reference Manual

Thanks for the many helpful comments and corrections. An updated Preview
copy has been posted in the same place:

ftp://ftp.forth.com/pub/SwiftForth/SwiftForth-Preview.pdf

For those who noted that much of the text apppeared "blurry" in the last
one, that seems to have been a side effect of adding the "Preview Copy"
watermark (one of the many mysteries of working with Acrobat). This latest
one does no bear the watermark and the text is now crisp and clear.
