ActiveX / COM DLL creation?

G'day. I've just joined the list so please bear with my lack of Forth
awareness.

I've had a look through the archives and it does seem that SwiftForth can
hook into ActiveX / COM DLLs written in other languages. Can SF be used to
author them as well?

Kind regards,
