I assume that is what the [BUG...BUG] interface uses, and it did not
help. That is to say it helped tremendously to find the stack
problems I had, but it did not cause the window to be anything but
black.

I noticed the 100% too, and hadn't looked to see if it was less
before I ran my code. That seems to go along with what Charles
mentioned. We need a better (e.g. multi-threaded) interface to
external libraries before this is going to be useable. ;(
