Advice on purchasing Swift Forth

I'm considering buying SwiftForth for my personal and hobby use. I
have a couple of questions that I could use some help with.

In reading the literature there are places that mention that the
source of the meta-compiler is provided and in other places that it
is not. So is the source code for the meta-compiler provided?

Would this be the software used to create stripped down applications
without the development system visible to the application?

Are there any inexpensive or free libraries to interface to Windows
at a higher level than WIN32? I normally use the Delphi RAD
environment to do my Window programming and I'm quite used to not
having to deal with every little detail in the WIN32 Windows
interface, and would like to keep it that way if possible.

Thanks
