It used to be provided only with the 'Pro' version. It is now included
with all paid purchases.

Yes. Be advised, however, that there is little specific documentation
for this feature, and some advanced knowledge of Forth metacompilers ans
Windows requirements is advised for using it effectively.

Well, there are a number of "templates" for common functions (window &
dialog box) types, and a lot of examples. Plus, the folks on this email
group are very good at sharing stuff they've developed. However, there
isn't really a duplicate of the sort of "point and click" programming
that Delphi is reputed to offer.
