Lspace problem

I recently upgraded to Swiftforth 3.0.6 and am suddenly encountering an
error with Lspace in my turnkey executables. Turnkeys all fail with the same
error.

Is there an easy fix for this, or should I return to 2.2 (which worked
fine)?
