audio

I'm building a small music application in SF under XP, and am having
trouble accessing low-level audio functions, in particular waveOutWrite
and WAVEMAPPER. I expected to find them in audiosrv.dll, which is in
c:\windows\system32; but that dll isn't accessible for some reason.

Suggestions appreciated.
