Dear Leon,
Although I have a hard copy of the 2nd edition I note that you also sent
it as PDF to registered users.
While I would like to see the new edition, which I am sure would be most
interesting, the cost of carriage would make it rather expensive for a
comparatively small amount of new material. (My experience of buying
books from the USA suggests that I would pay as much for carriage as for
the book).
Is it, or will it be, available to download?
