Over the years, Forth Inc referred me to this code:

SF-TOOLBAR HIDE ( SF-TOOLBAR SHOW )
SF-STATUS HIDE ( SF-STATUS SHOW )

and as an added bonus, from Randy Kn,

: BigWindow HWND SW_MAXIMIZE ShowWindow DROP ;
