Problem after SwiftForth install.

I just tried to install SwiftForth 3.0.11 on a laptop and I get the
following error;

The application failed to initialize properly (0xC0000005)

It's a new laptop (3 weeks) with XP SP2 and all the patches,
everything else is running fine.

Anyone seen that before and have a clue what the error is about?
